ATC / Tags - Acrylic Painted Backgrounds

Hi Everyone,

I just finished putting the final touches to my ATC Tags on the acrylic backgrounds I'd painted in my last post. I was surprised after all the heat embossing, the acrylic paint really held up and didn't blister. I stamped different images on the backgrounds with rust tapestry embossing powder on each of them, and then used a variety of embellishments such as brads, plastic leaves, glass butterfly, tiny gold beads, half pearls, paper flower, button, and  flowers which I  sprayed with copper paint. For each tag, I also used coloured card stock and adhered it to the back of them just to finish them off.

In my next tutorial I will show you how to make a decorative ATC tag, so keep an eye out for that.
