I would like to introduce you to a wonderful friend, and my Guest of the week, Sally, who makes the most extraordinary cakes. She is so creative in every cake she makes, particularly with colours and textures. And she can make almost anything she puts her mind too and they taste sensational too.

Sally's Qantas Profiterole cake is an entry in the Qantas/Everyday Rewards competition run by Woolworths and is patiently waiting for the outcome. But whether she wins or loses, her cake is a winner in our eyes. I'm sure you will all agree :)
