HI EVERYONE!!

IT'S AUSTRALIA DAY TODAY, SO FOR ALL YOU CRAFTING AUSSIES, I HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A RELAXING DAY....OR IN YOUR CRAFT ROOM BUSY CREATING GOODIES :)

I've been busy creating mini albums and I had lots of fun stepping back in time and becoming a preschooler (now you are probably wondering what I am talking about???)

Well maybe when you see what I made you'll understand xx

YEP! It's a Sponge bob mini album and it was personalised for a little girl named Paige.

Her favourite colour is blue as you can see, and every page was decorated with all kinds of fun things to do..... and plenty of colourful mini candy!!

Haha! Here's my Wizard of Oz (Magic of Oz) Mini and do you know that I had designed it on paper to make last year but kept changing the design....but I had a dream about this mini and with a few minor changes.....I finally managed to make it!

And would believe I used almost 12 glue sticks to put it all together...I can't help but brag but I have to also show you what my Honey Hub created for me:)

No more burning myself and so easy to manage now!! Love it!

Anyway off to make another couple of minis :)))

PERSONALISED POSTAGE STAMPS MADE TO ORDER

HI EVERYONE!!

You all know how much I love creating!!! And I did just that, I created some personalised

postage stamps.......

And I have already had 5 orders and because crafting is my main line of business now.....I am so over the moon :)

Because it's my birthday today (lol) I created a postage stamp for myself:)

Here I am going to a school ball when I was about 12 (I think??)

I will use them on hand given cards to family and friends when hand delivering (pity I couldn't post them and save on postage...It's just a nice idea for something different...but there's more!!

I had to make a Tilda stamp too.....couldn't help myself:))

And... I even bugged my neighbour to get a shot of her cute doggie, Lucy

who is so cute.....and so shy :)

And that's Lucy's baby in the shot :)

They come in a PDF file for easy download through email and the stamps come in high resolution for perfect printing every time.

For each PDF file you will receive:

10 standard size postage stamps - 3cm x 2.5

3 meduim size stamps - 4cm x 5cm

2 large size - 8.5cm x 7cm
The watermark stamp will also have whatever details you would like on it.
Mine has my business name, date of birth and where I love.

and they can be printed over and over again!!

All I need to complete the personalised stamp is a photo of good quality and

I will make you something you will never forget...

And I can also take your photo and create any background scene or anyone you would like in your photo with you....

And the cost is $3.00 AUD through PAY PAL and within 24 hours you will receive your personalised stamps and a little extra bonus!!

MAGNOLIA MINI ALBUM 3...MY MAGNOLIA AND ME (PERSONALISED)

HI EVERYONE!!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Christmas break and having fun!! I made a promise to myself that the coming 2012, will be my year of crafts....and I want to make it fun, not only for me but for all my wonderful friends I have made over the past 2 years.

So...here is a little something I made over the last few days, and it's almost finished just need to add the final touches. I have included a few pics for you to look at and when it's finished I will post the entire album on my blog in 2012,

as well as others including

Wizard of Oz...Baby albums....and some other very special projects:)))))

This album is personalised and has lots of interesting pages...

And there are kits to go with them...they will include all the necessaries (and that includes the chipboard) to make the album as well as a detailed PDF file which will be sent to you via email...

PS: And let me tell you once you make one, you will be hooked!! Think of it like a card with lots of pages... :)

THE WIZARD OF OZ MINI ALBUM AND KIT IN 2012

HI EVERYONE!!

I am really excited as in 2012 I will be releasing my Wizard of Oz Mini Album and there will be a kit to go with it!

I am making all my own Wizard of Oz embellishments by hand and they will be 3Dimensional because you all know I love to do papertole:)))

This mini album will be unique!

* It will include a few mini scenes of the movie which I will create in 3D.

* Using Magic of Oz Graphic 45 papers

* Information about the movie and actors

* Stamps from Wizard of Oz collections

and lots more

REMEMBER THIS WILL BE OUT NEXT YEAR

And they so cute!!!

If this one is successful I will create another! And I only create one mini album and kit

that are the same. That's what makes them so different:)

LAST CHRISTMAS CARD FOR THE YEAR

HI EVERYONE

I just had to share my last Christmas card for the year....I am so hooked on making mini albums, I can't seem to focus on any more cards at the moment:)

Perhaps next year I will try a different style of card, but my main aim in 2012, will be to try a few different crafts, add some fresh ideas and hopefully generate some interest and just have fun creating!!

But for now here is my last card for 2012...Hope you like it :))

For this card I didn't use many embellishments only a Tim Holtz die flowerette which I made with left over red patterned paper, a handmade 12 days of Christmas bottle top and added some red satin ribbon. The background paper is from the Christmas collection from Kaisercraft, background using Stampscapes "pine trees" and used distress inks to colour the sky with a cloud template .
The festive lantern is from Make it Crafty and I copiced it up nicely, along with Magnolia's sweetest little star "Tilda":)

A NEW YEAR COMING AND SOMETHING DIFFERENT!

HI EVERYONE!!!

It has been a while since I've posted anything constructive on my blog, but with good reason. For the past few months since we have been up the bush, we have being doing a few markets here and there. Some were a flop and some weren't too bad, let's say my hubby, Colin

(whose birthday was yesterday xxxx :)

generated great interest.

Since the New Year is not far off, I won't be making many cards next year, only for DT challenges maybe a few here and there. I feel like I have outgrown cards and really want to try different things...something I can really get my teeth into!

Now, this just one of the things I am talking about and you probably already know what it is:)

Remember, this is just the start. Yes it is a mini album but there will be quite a few things different about them.

And just to tease you.....some will be in 3D, similar to this one, (some easy and some a little more advanced) and there will be a variety of themes , from music to travel to fantasy to weddings and the list goes on and on...........

I will only make one mini album of each theme...but the good news is I will make a kit just like it... I sold this one on Friday Night at The Ballarat Twilight Festival:) I'm still waiting back to hear from the lady who needs to send me her email address:)

And as I consider myself not to bad when it come to creating paper toles, I will teach you how to achieve the same results as I do...and they are really easy to do, when you know how and the results are quite stunning!

Earlier in the year, I mentioned ATC cards, Scrap booking and Swap Tags well that is in the pipeline too....

I know Annmaree from Emu creations was interested in that:)

Also, some may wonder what happened to my blog banners....I sort of put them to the side for the moment but I will be making them again....so I am sorry if I disappointed anyone :(

A SPARKLING CHRISTMAS

Here is another card I made today with Tilda and there is lots of sparkle, the colour blue and pearls.

The lace ribbon I made from a strand of lace and a hot glue gun. Added a metal earring scalloped circle and a blue heart...

Tip: Save those earring ladies, you will never know when they come in handy especially for cards!

I also used some blue and white christmas ribbon and used a Merry Christmas rub-on,

just for something different:) The inside of the card is also decorated.

A VERY TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS WITH TILDA

HI EVERYONE!!

I have been incognito for a while, trying many new and different things in my craft world. And I don't know why but I have been hooked on making mini albums lately, I guess it's a phase we crafters tend to go through.

Well this morning I made some Magnolia Christmas cards and really liked how they turned out.

But I will let you be the judge for the first one. (lol)

The flowers I made with a medium heart punch and small daisy punch and glued them all together and viola!!

Here is a list of materials I used : Red, brown and kraft cardstock, Cuttlebug Christmas Countdown embossing folder, Derivan Kindy Glitz Copper, vintage photo distress ink, Tartan ribbon with gold edging, felt holly leaves, string of gold baubles, gold border stickers, Tilda with broom (love this stamp), I used 5 different colours from the brown family to colour Tilda, and a sentiment Tree from the Kaisercraft "Merry Christmas" clear stamp collection.

I also decorated the inside of the card and added a sentiment. My next card, will also be added to a new post shortly so keep an eye out.. I plan to make a lot of cards today as Christmas is not far away... and because I'm in the mood (lol)

MY NEW DESIGN POSITION AT SCRAPBOOK STAMP SOCIETY

HI EVERYONE!

This week I was approached by very talented lady by the name of

HEATHER VALENTIN

who asked me if I would become a designer for the SCRAPBOOK STAMP SOCIETY.

Well, of course I had to say yes!!

The Scrapbook Stamp Society has some wonderful and creative artists who come together

and make up this fabulous site. So please pop along and have a look because you will not be disappointed!
Here are 2 great images that I worked on to create these cards..

This gorgeous little angel is called "OH HOLY NIGHT" by Heather V
I used glass pens on acetate to create a church window and cut the little angel out to give it a 3D effect.

Here is gorgeous image of Vintage Santa, and I chose many different types of blues instead of the traditional colours. Lots of stickles and different patterned papers were used.
And I decided to make this card a little different and turn it into a postcard.

A message can be written on the back

Here are the pictures of what's inside my mini album! I made a video but I had so many audio problems and couldn't put any music on it :( I was going to do it again but decided not to.)

Page 12 - This is the back page and I just had to make up a poem to go with it..

Here is the back of the book and I love the tassel! I have loads of them in my stash and never thought I would use them until now:)

I do hope you enjoyed what was in the mini...The photos really don't do it justice as it really is lovely and would make a lovely gift for someone.

As I mentioned I will be auctioning it off as I want to buy more Magnolia stamps, and since I am working for myself now, I can't buy the things I used to:)

MAGNOLIA MINI ALBUM NUMBER 2

Hi Everyone!!

I am so excited tonight because I finally finished my second Magnolia Mini album

and I called it

"CHRISTMAS AT TILDA'S"

There were a few hairy moments when I was making it..I dropped glue over one of the pages (and yes I did replace it), burnt my hand with the stupid glue gun, and then sprayed glimmer mist on the wrong page (but it actually looked better, so I left it)

So with further ado, here are some pictures of the front cover of my mini...

YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE THE ENTIRE ALBUM

but until then I do hope you enjoy it:)

I spent almost a week putting it together and I was determined to finish tonight!

And this would make a wonderful gift for someone at Christmas! I will be auctioning it off in the next couple of days on Ebay and posting the entire mini on YouTube...

so I will provide a link on my blog when it becomes available:)

LOTS TO SHARE WITH YOU TODAY!

HI EVERYONE

It's been a while since you have heard from me, and for good reason. I had a break from crafting as I think I was over doing it. But little by little I am getting back into the spirit of things..(especially with Christmas around the corner)

Firstly, you all probably wondering about the SPRINGFEST market I attended last week..

It was a big flop and not just only me but all the traders made next to nothing. The weather in Ballarat was dreadful and it rained almost all day. There were plenty of people about but because of the festivities, they just weren't interested in buying....Although my hub stirred up quite a bit of interest in the city of Ballarat with his wonderful wood crafts.

Here is just one of his magical craft products, and because this was the very first one he made (and it had a designer fault in it), I was fortunate to take it into my possession. (lol)

He has since perfected it and let me tell you it is a crafters dream...but mum's the word at present as I am not supposed to show you but I just couldn't resist.

Also I made these little beauties plus other hand made embellies for the market and I will be having a little shop in MADE IT, which is similar to Etsy. I will have that posted on my blog..

Now here is something you may also be interested in.. And I have been working on this to help me get back into the swing of things...

And now for some other news and it's about my Magnolia Blog Headers! Yes I will start them next week and as I did say they will be unique..(well I hope so)

SPRINGFEST BALLARAT

HI EVERYONE!!

It has been a really busy month for my hub and myself because we have been preparing for the

SPRINGFEST MARKET CARNIVAL

at Lake Wendoree on this coming

SUNDAY 30th OCTOBER!!

Our little stall is located in Area 10 near the front entrance so if you are there

come visit us and say hello and maybe buy a thing or two (hehe)

There'll be lots of Chrissy cards, other seasonal cards, paper toles, fancy tags,

Handmade embellishments, wood crafts (made my Col) and other interesting stuff!

Love to see you there and for my overseas and interstate friends I will post a video after the event,

so you can all see what SPRINGFEST is all about:)

HI EVERYONE!!

I couldn't resist using this wonderful quote from Dorothy herself and it all has to do with something special I am currently working on. And just to get your creative minds wondering,

here is a sneak preview:)

I created Dorothy's red slippers from paper and then turned them into paper tole.

I drew them, free hand and used 5 copies to create the them. I moulded them with special paper tole tools, coloured them with two different reds from the copic range. I added crystal effects for dimension inside the shoe and Xmas red stickles for the outside.

I was really surprised at how realistic they came up!

Here is another pic, they are no bigger than our Aussie 20 cent piece:)

So with Dorothy's little slippers, some wonderful Graphic 45 paper, and some interesting pictures and stamps from Crafty secrets.

You may very well wonder what it is I am creating:)

But then you will just have to wait and see!

EMERALD FAIRIES COLLECTION

HI EVERYONE!!

I think I have gone completely nuts this past week making all sorts of different cards..especially when it comes to a collection set. I figure if I can make 1 card, why not 2 or 3. So today I made 2 cards with the beautiful EMERALD FAIRIES from Deb's Creations.

I used the very cute Isabella for my first card

and for my second card....here is Kayla and Twinkie (isn't he adorable)

The flowers are all hand made by me. I used a quilling tool to make these and they were so easy. I added some prima and metal leaves to the flowers. The mushroom was a die cut that I painted and used dimensional magic to make it glossy.

The die cuts I used are all Spellbinders Nestabilities.

The butterflies are cut outs and I laced them with diamond stickles.

The pattern papers are from the Once upon a time collection and 7 Gypsies.

I added the sentiment "Dreams are made of this" from the Papermania Fairytale stamp set.

Now off to some challenges:)

VINTAGE CARDS FOR ANY OCCASION

HI EVERYONE

I have been so busy the last few days as I am in the process of making 50 cards for a delightful little craft store that has just opened up in Avoca.. I wanted to make something a little different from what I normally do, so I created my own line of Vintage Cards called

"Yesterday, Today and the Past."

Thanks to my wonderful sister-in-law Jackie, who supplied me with some extraordinary images that she bought the rights to, I had fun choosing the images I thought would look nice on the cards.

Here is the first of four....

There is no designer paper here, I made the background paper from ordinary white paper, scrunched it and used red and cranberry distress inks and then sprayed with iridescent Memories Mist. The flower I made with TH tattered flowers die and sprayed that too.

I also added lovely white lace and pearls and too finish it off used a Christmassy image.

HI EVERYONE!

I have to tell you I completed the fabulous blog hop at Make it Crafty and the cards I saw just blew me away!! The colours and the beautiful new Christmas images are a must have for all die hard fans! And of course being one of them, I had to do a little shopping at MiC because of some mischievous little elves that kept popping up through the hop!! And they are soooo cute!!!

LOOKY HERE!!

Don't you love them! I know I do and they will make some wonderful Christmas cards for the pending season!

I chose the 4 primary colours, red, blue, green and yellow for the image and coloured it up with copics and a little coloured pencil thrown in here and there.

The sentiment "Don't tell me...It's that time again! Just shoot me to the North Pole"

I made it up after looking at that poor little guy who is going to be shot into the never never,

and thought what place to send him! But I really don't think he is all to happy about it...

I had an interesting flower piece from last years stash and thought it would go nicely in the corner. I also added stickles around the edge for a sparkly border...

I have to throw in another one (lol)

Sorry about the shadow on the cards but there's a thunderstorm here and it's really hard to get any sort of good lighting:(

Anyway I have to show these little guys off...Don't you think??

SCHOOL IS SO DISTRESSING for MAGNOLIA'S TILDA

HI EVERYONE

I do hope you are enjoying your day or night , wherever you may be around the world!

I have been busy making a few cards as I had a some free time on my hands tonight and I have to admit I can't seem to steer away from Magnolia's sweetest girl, Tilda.

So naturally I made a Tilda card and incorporated some patterned paper from the Graphic 45's "An ABC primer collection" and it was just right for my project!

I just love all the Graphic 45's, so beautifully detailed and so much too look at and I have quite a few in my stash now:)

Anyway on to my card!

I only used one sheet of the patterned paper and cut it up and positioned it in different places on the card. I used a silver card and also distressed the entire front cover with a sanding block. Silver seemed to work better than other colours as it gave a more refined look.

I made a little desk top out of balsa wood and use TH distress ink to colour it, and added a small staple as a handle.

I also added a little school bell in the corner of the card and a school card (not shown here)

on the right hand side (see full card). If you look closely I have used a vellum clock sticker on the side.

Hope you enjoy my card as much I loved putting it together.

NATURES TRUE COLOURS - FALL

HI EVERYONE

Don't you just love the gorgeous colours of Autumn/Fall have to offer? Here in Australia we are in Spring, so all the trees are now in blossom and they are just as pretty.

But I do love Autumn, somehow it makes you feel closer to nature....

Here is my card for this weeks challenges and I am using the wonderful sketch from

TOMIC ;)

This card has all the colours of Fall - browns, greens, orange and even some red (ribbon) thrown into the mix.. I drew these little leaves, copiced them up, and cut them out.

I also added Autumn Flower Soft to Tilda,

The background pattern papers are from Basic Gray Jovial collection and 7 gypsies Herne.

I used a punch from Martha Stewart (my only one which I love) for the outside of the oval.

I didn't use many embellishments as I thought all the colours really make Tilda shine amongst the Fall colours.

Here is the inside of the card and it's decorated the same as the front, with the sentiment for a birthday theme.

A VERY SPECIAL MAGNOLIA MOMENT at TOMIC

HI EVERYONE!

Today as my darling hub worked in the kitchen, I was busy in my craft room creating a special card (well I think it's special.. lol) for the Official Magnolia Inspiration challenge.

And what a wonderful challenge site it is, especially with all the gorgeous DT cards and other challenge recipients. I feel humble to even participate.
And of course you can't overlook the other fab challenge sites:)

So here is some pictures of my card...Oh, it's an easel card my 2nd one ever!

Here is the front of my easel card. I chose the background paper from the Kaisercraft Up, Up and Away collection, and all the papers are really pretty.

The background digital images I used are Lover's Pavilion, Petals and Paling's from

Make it Crafty and of course Tilda.

To colour the entire scene and Tilda, I used quite a few methods : Copic Markers, Derwent pencils, gold, copper, and brown gel pens, and dimensional paints. It took me quite a few hours to get it right and I really liked the end result. I hope you do too:)

I used some cream roses and the touched a few up with vintage photo distress ink, and I just bought the Tim Holtz corner flourish 2, and had to use those too. There is some cream lace I used as well.

The lovely sentiment I found in the friendship quotes by an unknown, and printed it up in Microsoft Office, as well as a small banner that I created. I thought the two came together nicely. I added silicone under the banner to give it some dimension.

and also a side view.. Sorry for the amount of pics but I wanted you to see from all angles and if you notice the second and last picture, I left the filter on my camera and gives the card a really mustard brown look.

I haven't always been a lover of easel cards but after making this, who knows you may see a few more.

MAGNOLIA - MUSIC TO MY EARS

HI EVERYONE!!

My, how time flies. Can you believe I have been here in my new home for almost 5 weeks!

And my kitchen is finished (Yay!!), hence the tiling but my darling hub will work his magic and hopefully finish in the next few days (then I will post a pic).

Today I made my first Magnolia card (haven't made one for ages) and I chose Tilda playing her violin. It is such a sweet image and you could use for almost any ocassion.

Here is Tilda and notice she is coloured without any lines:)

I used the sketch by Bev from Just Magnolia because I liked the layout. I used kraft paper for the backing, and Kaisercraft pattern papers from the Gypsy Sisters collection (I love these papers). The music sheet is on clear acetate and that's from Hambly Screen prints. The flowers were stamped with a clear music stamp in black versamark and then distressed with Tim Holtz inks. I added some extra bling too...oh and some turquiose lace!

The inside of the card is decorated exactly the same, but without the stamped image or sentiment...

FAUX METAL ART - NEW MINI ALBUM

HI EVERYONE

For the past couple of hours I have been experimenting in a new type of craft called Faux Metal Art. And I got the idea from this wonderful lady named Sari in Sweden. She has some awesome videos and dabbles in every type of craft, so check her out.

The reason why I am making this, is because it's going to be the front cover of my new mini album...but I can't tell you the theme just yet as I want it to be a surprise.

Here it is... a little raw but interesting.

It's really hard to take a picture of this being metal and so shiny, and there are many colours, including blues, copper, turquiose and purple. I used black acrylic paint to cover it and when partially dried I wiped it off.

It really does look stunning...Maybe you should give it a go :)

HI EVERYONE!!

Today I decided to get a head start on some Christmas cards and I chose the very pretty

Kenny K's "Mistletoe" as my subject. And I just loved colouring her and I couldn't stop at one, so I coloured her 3 times to make three different cards...

Here is my first card.....

I chose to colour her with traditional colours and added some whimsy tags made of acetate. (I got the acetate idea from Annika who makes the most beautiful cards)

I also added a red bow with a little silver Santa sleigh charm.

Next is Mistletoe in Green

For this card I used holographic paper and cut out a sparkly lime green circle and added some diamond stickles, around the circle and the border. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon and because of the holographic paper it really gave dimension to the sentiment but it's a little hard to see. I also wanted to keep it plain and simple.

On the last one...It's my favourite (maybe because it's blue lol)

I used lots of star dust stickles, speciality paper and large and small snowflakes with some added diamonds.

A HUMAN TREE!! WHERE AM I... IN FAIRYLAND???

HI EVERYONE!!

Well you might just be! Yes I do have a human tree in my back yard, although he doesn't say very much (well nothing actually) and he is a little frightening when you first look at him but he sort of grows (hehe) on you after a while....

What do you think???

Here is the beginning of something I have always wanted to do...My hubby and I plan to section off part of our enormous yard, and turn it into a Magical place of fantasy and who better to start it off, with your own human tree. I like to think of it as Nature's museum.. and we have lots of really interesting ideas and plans that are all sketched out!

This I am sure will bring out all my creative spirit.. that has been trapped away for so long:)

Now, don't be alarmed but here is a close up and his name is

Well he hasn't got a name yet...

So for all you creative minds out there, how about you give him a name!!
But remember he is a magical tree so his name must be unique and magical!!

HI EVERYONE!!!

So sorry for delay but I have an excuse....well a few really:) Today I went into Melbourne and bought a new WiFi printer (for my paper toles) and it is fantastic!!! Not to mention all the incredible types of paper to go with it and some of it, I have never seen before and as a crafter who loves paper I am going to have a ball!!!

I guess now I have no excuse to come up with really creative stuff that I haven't wanted to do for so long in the 3D department :)

Also I just want to say a BIG HELLO to all the special girls at SAFEWAY in Springvale as I popped in to say hello!! You guys are lovely and always so friendly !!

Now for something old, I am in the midst of house renovations especially in the kitchen department and I must say before it was pretty disgusting especially after coming from a brand new house to one that's 80 years old. But while I was in the city, my wonderful hub spent all day working....

Here's a pic (yuk this is horrible)

You will have to see the outcome in a day or two but believe me Col really has done an amazing job so far...

For the new....My new blog won't be ready til next week, I just have been so busy..so keep your eyes peeled for that one:)

I'm back and I have been busy! Still trying to organise my craft stash in my new craft room. It was going to be a studio but I decided because I live in the bush now, it's just another craft room. But it's lovely and when I look out my window, I don't see cows and horses like I did in my other place, here it's filled with all types of Aussie wild life. And the best part about moving is I can really sit back now and smell the roses:)

Well enough of me....Let's get into why you are really here (lol)

PAPERIFIC EXPO 2011 AND MY YUMMY CRAFT STASH

Guess where I spent the day today...At the Melbourne Paperific Expo and it was a blast. Although I came home poorer than a church mouse (lol) I really enjoyed myself and thanks to my wonderful sister in law who had to put up with me:)

Anyway I hope you enjoy it:)

HOORAY!! MY FIRST CHALLENGE CARD SINCE THE MOVE!!

HI EVERYONE!!

I am so excited because this is the first "real " card I have made since I moved up to Maryborough. Although it has taken me a while to get back into crafting, I think the move overwhelmed me and sort of took my crafty spirit away. But I feel it creeping back...slowly:)

Anyway here is what I made....

When I saw this image from Kenny K of Jeannie, I knew I had to buy it, as I'm a real big Barbara Eden fan...And just to give that authentic touch, I chose the island hideaway theme from Make it Crafty...after all Jeannie was found on the beach...

I chose lots of coloured card stock and a really nice pattern paper from a Kaiser collection and even threw in some of my own paper I painted with acrylic paints.

In the corner of the card I used this round tin object I found in the backyard, cleaned it up and my circle sentiment fitted nicely inside. I also made a pointy gear for it to sit on.

The "Thank you " sentiment is for all my crafty friends who have visited me from time to time since I have been incognito and I do so appreciate it. You guys are the best:))))

Now to my last pic....

I coloured the scene and Jeannie with copics, and my fav baby oil and pencil technique (Have to show you sometime on a video how I do it) . I used light blue stickles for the ocean, silver for her slippers and crystal effects on the Jeannie bottle..

I do hope you like it and I have been dying to do some challenges

MY TREE CHANGE

HI EVERYONE!!'

It is so good to be back on the net and I couldn't have done it without the help from my favourite ISP provider IINET and it took just 1 day to be reconnected up the bush....

And that's where I am now...I left the big smoke behind me and now live in a really lovely part of Victoria called Maryborough!!

Living in the bush, the locals are a little weary of strangers but still very nice, so hopefully we will fit in and be happy here. My parents came from up this way, so really it's sort of like coming home in a way.

We stayed at a place called Avoca the first night as our furniture wouldn't arrive til next morning. Avoca is really a beautiful place

Another pic of their backyard and they have two adorable little Shetland ponies:) So cute!!

Now here is a part view of my backyard and it is enormous! We have big plans for this place!!

This is what I see when I look over my back fence, lots of bush land and no pollution!!

Just lovely fresh air and today was a lovely day.

Look at this! It is called iron art, the previous owner left it for us! I think we will keep it on the old shed!

Ahhh!! Here are my some of my craft boxes! I have unpacked a few but I have a whole to do first...but my hub and I have worked tirelessly for 2 days and done quite a bit to the inside:)

Here's a sneak peak of the entry to my studio but I can't show you any more until I have finished...;)

I so can't wait to sink my claws into my craft stuff! I have missed it so much, but I have plenty of time now, of course I have no energy left but that will come:)
Anyway I am off to open a few boxes and see what surprises are in there!!

Tomorrow is D-Day!!

Hi Everyone

Tonight is the last night I spend in my home because it is MOVING DAY tomorrow!!

I have been waiting for this day for almost 3 months! Although it has been pretty exhausting for my wonderful hubby and I, we can now have a well earned rest (for a while anyway). Ofcourse, that's after we get the new house in order and not to mention my craft studio! hehehe

So this is it, for a few days at least, til you will hear from me :(

I will shout it from the roof tops upon my return!! :)

Until then Keep on Crafting!! (ooh I am so jealous)

Three Days to Go!!

YIPPEE!

Hi Everyone!!

I only have three days to go before I move to the country and I am sooooo excited!

It maybe a few weeks for me to set up my craft studio and also I am not completely sure about my internet connection, but iinet (my ISP provider) has assured me I will be connected between 3-7 days and these guys have never let me down yet! They are fantastic!!!

So, please bear with me a while longer because I have great plans and lots of interesting stuff to share with you all.

HI EVERYONE

This is my last week before the big move and I can't wait!! There is still a lot to do and with careful planning hopefully it will all turn out.

It will take a couple of weeks to set up my new Craft Studio and it will be better than before :)

Here are just a few things I am hoping to achieve and to tempt you in the coming weeks and months..

1. Brand new blog using WordPress

(I will be keeping this blog but there will be some changes)

2. Craft Fraternity

(this may be open to invited readers only, but not sure about this just yet - but I plan to make this something very special !!)

3. Scrap booking and (ATC's and Tag swaps)

4. Paper toles - cards and frames

5. Very Special Mini Albums

6. Give aways and interesting blog candy

7. Challenge Site ( Now this will be loads of fun and I will have a DT call)

8. My very own website .com

( This will be last on the list as I need to have the website built. Not sure whether I will do it myself or get it done for me...So if you know of any talented web designers that have reasonable prices, please let me know:)

And this is just the start.....

COUNTDOWN BEGINS.....

HI EVERYONE

It's been a while since I've posted anything and as you know the big move is just around the corner and for the last couple of weeks I have been having terrible crafter withdrawals ( sorry don't know what else to call it;) because every bit of my craft is now boxed up and ready to go. It's so depressing knowing what I have inside these boxes and it's takes all my strength not to rip them open and start making stuff.

However, to take the edge off my symptoms, my wonderful hubby took me to

Scrapper's Warehouse
(to say my final goodbyes to Pam, Jacinta and her wonderful family) and I couldn't walk away empty handed so I bought these lovelies :)))

I have tried to get these gorgeous packs of Graphic 45's for ages to no avail and was so happy to finally get them. Although I can't use them right now, I have big plans when I do:))

And look at these gorgeous earrings!! No, they are not for my ears (lol) but for something special I have in mind...I bet you can't guess what I will use them for;)

Anyway, I'm off to do some more packing (yuk!)

But let me just say that when I am up and running in my new craft studio, you guys won't be disappointed because I will have lots of fantastic stuff coming up!!!

And I am so excited:)))

ON THE MOVE

HI EVERYONE

It's been quite a stressful few months for me and my hubby because we have taken the plunge and are now moving house....up the country. I'm so excited because I will have time to do all the things I have wanted to do. Although we'll still be working, there will be no more 15 hour days. And I have lots of great ideas and plans in place to start my own business.

But for now I just want to show a picture of what's left in my beloved craft room:(
